CJ Mascarelli is a multidisciplinary artist and senior graphic designer with more than 25 years of experience in visual communication and the performing arts.
Specializing in illustration, branding, and design across both print and digital platforms, he is known for transforming complex ideas into visually striking, narrative-rich work. His illustrations, layered with personality, texture, and intention, reveal a deep appreciation for story and a devotion to detail. From editorial pieces and concept art to branding systems and character design, CJ’s visual work blends technical skill with a bold, expressive voice. Outside the studio, CJ is also an accomplished stage actor with a particular affinity for black box theatre. Drawn to projects that explore social themes, emotional tension, and raw human connection, he brings the same sense of narrative depth and presence to the stage as he does to his visual art. With nearly three decades of experience spanning design, illustration, and performance, he approaches every medium with the same intention: to move, to challenge, and to captivate.
